Nitronic Rush

Nitronic Rush is a high-speed arcade racing game where driving normally would apparently be far too boring. You control a futuristic vehicle capable of jumping, boosting and performing other acrobatic maneuvers while racing through neon-lit environments packed with hazards. The game combines driving with elements of platforming, demanding quick reactions and precise control as you navigate increasingly elaborate courses. The visual style and electronic atmosphere give it a distinctly cyberpunk flavor, while the vehicle's unusual abilities make ordinary racing rules largely optional. Crashing is frequent, spectacular and usually your own fault, which is the traditional foundation of a good arcade game.
