Legend of Princess
Legend of Princess is a fast-paced action adventure inspired heavily by classic Zelda-style games, but with a much more compact and arcade-like approach. You control a sword-wielding hero who must fight enemies, explore dangerous areas and deal with a generous selection of obstacles and bosses. The game combines familiar fantasy elements with responsive combat and a deliberately retro presentation, while its humor and exaggerated situations give it plenty of personality. It is not interested in becoming a hundred-hour epic; instead, it concentrates on delivering a satisfying burst of exploration and sword swinging. Legend of Princess feels like someone took a classic adventure game, removed the unnecessary padding and decided that getting straight to the fun was probably a better idea.
