Sam & Max 104: Abe Lincoln Must Die! is the fourth episode of Telltale's episodic revival of the classic comedy adventure series, and it sends the Freelance Police into another gloriously absurd investigation. Sam and Max find themselves dealing with American politics, strange characters and an increasingly ridiculous conspiracy, all delivered through the series' trademark combination of surreal humor and clever dialogue. Gameplay follows the traditional point-and-click formula: explore locations, talk to eccentric characters, collect objects and combine unlikely solutions until the puzzle finally gives up. The writing is the real star, constantly turning ordinary situations into ridiculous ones.
