Hentai Heroes

NSFWHentai Heroes is a browser-based RPG that mixes character collection, turn-based battles and adult-themed comedy into a deliberately over-the-top package. Players assemble a growing cast of characters, improve their abilities and progress through a succession of encounters, quests and competitive activities. The presentation knows exactly what audience it is targeting and does not waste much time pretending otherwise. Beneath the fan-service-heavy exterior is a fairly recognizable free-to-play progression system, complete with upgrades, resources and the occasional temptation to keep playing just a little longer. It is certainly not a game for every audience, but as a piece of browser-game history it represents the particularly eccentric corner of online gaming where RPG mechanics and adult humor happily coexist.
