LiLith’s Action Taimanin (2020) is a free-to-play hack-and-slash that leans heavily into anime aesthetics—and then turns them up to eleven. Stylish ninja warriors, futuristic demons, and plenty of over-the-top combat make it a flashy spectacle. The gameplay is surprisingly solid, mixing combos and special abilities in a way that keeps battles from feeling repetitive. Of course, the fanservice is impossible to ignore, and let’s be honest: half the player base is here for that. Still, if you can slice through the neon-soaked chaos, you’ll find a game that’s more fun than it has any right to be.
