Super Real Mahjong PV

Super Real Mahjong PV is the fifth instalment in SETA Corporation's long-running mahjong series, released for Japanese arcades in 1994 before appearing on several home platforms in 1995 and 1996. The rules are those of traditional Japanese mahjong, but there's an adult-oriented twist: your opponents are three anime girls, and winning rounds gradually reveals more than just their playing strategies. This isn't exactly the kind of mahjong your grandparents might enjoy over a cup of tea. Success still depends on recognising tiles, building winning hands and making smart decisions, though the unusual rewards provide extra motivation to learn the game. For fans of Japanese arcade curiosities, Super Real Mahjong PV is a memorable piece of 1990s gaming history.
