PlanetSide 2

PlanetSide 2 is a large-scale multiplayer first-person shooter built around persistent battles between rival factions. Instead of small matches with a dozen players, it can place enormous numbers of combatants across a shared battlefield, combining infantry combat with vehicles and aircraft. Players fight over territory, capture bases and coordinate attacks while the front line constantly shifts across the map. The scale is the main attraction: battles can range from infantry skirmishes to enormous combined-arms conflicts involving tanks, aircraft and enough explosions to make subtlety an endangered species.
